Sea parcel tracking

Check the status of your sea shipment

Enter the shipment's order number or the package's HBL and you will see the full journey: which stage it is in, what happened at each milestone and when it was recorded.

The order number for the full shipment or the HBL of a single parcel. Sea parcel shipments only.

Tracking on this website is for sea parcel shipments. If you booked something else, write to us with your request details and we will check it for you.

Which number you need

Two ways to look up the same shipment

Tracking accepts the shipment's order number and the package's HBL. Either one returns the full journey.

  • Order number

Identifies the entire shipment. It is the number on your shipping documents and the one we give you when you book the service.

  • HBL

Identifies one specific package within that shipment. If your shipment has several packages, each one appears with its number in the lookup result.

Tracking scope

This tracking covers sea shipments

The lookup returns the milestones the destination team records for sea parcel shipments. Verified coverage spans fifteen provinces and 73 localities with the most traffic. For all other services there is no number to look up: we confirm the status in writing.

  • Can be tracked

Sea parcel shipments. Enter the order number or the HBL and see every milestone with its date and location.

  • Cannot be tracked

Flights, hotels, car rental, market, visas, passports and consular procedures. These are handled with the team at the destination.

  • What should I do instead

Write to us with your request details. We check the status with our network on the island and reply in writing.

How to read the history

Six stages, fifteen statuses

Every milestone recorded by the destination team has a status. The stage groups statuses so the journey can be read at a glance. These are the stages of the sea parcel journey.

  1. Receiving

The goods arrive at the warehouse, are weighed and registered. The order number starts here.

    • Received at agency
    • In warehouse
  2. Consolidation

The shipment is palletized and loaded into the container or outbound cargo for its destination.

    • On pallet
    • In container
    • In dispatch
  3. In transit

The shipment travels to the destination port of entry. This is the longest part of the journey.

    • In transit
    • At port of entry
  4. Customs

Import control. There may be a hold if customs requests additional documentation.

    • Not settled at destination
    • Held at customs
    • Released from customs
  5. At destination

The shipment arrives at the destination warehouse and waits to be delivered.

    • Received at warehouse
    • Warehouse transfer
    • Dispatched to third party
  6. Delivery

The goods are delivered to the recipient's address and delivery is confirmed.

    • Out for delivery
    • Delivered

If something doesn't add up

Questions that often come up

Traceability is updated every time the destination team records a milestone. Between one milestone and the next there may be a gap with no news: that is normal and does not mean the shipment has stopped.

Can I look it up with the HBL or only with the order number?

Either one. The order number identifies the entire shipment and the HBL identifies one specific package. The result lists the shipment's packages with their numbers.

What if my shipment is not by sea?

Online tracking covers sea parcel shipments only. If yours is a flight, a hotel, a car, a purchase or a procedure, write to us with the request details and we will confirm the status in writing.

The number does not appear

Check that it is complete. If it still does not appear, write to us with the request details and we will review it with our network on the island.

It shows as held at customs

Customs has asked for additional information about the contents. Our team at the destination handles it and will let you know if they need anything from you.

The last milestone is old

The movement may not have been recorded yet. Note the date of the last milestone and write to us: the destination team can verify the actual movement.
