How a shipment works, what you can send and how to track it.
We serve the entire island of Cuba: verified coverage in 15 provinces and 73 locations with the most traffic. We confirm specific availability and the timeline for each one before finalizing the shipment.

Yes, we ship personal packages and document shipments. Every package is reviewed to avoid customs restrictions and is declared correctly.
The service type. By air, transit time is shorter; by ocean, the cost per kilo is usually better for large-volume cargo. We advise you based on urgency, weight and destination.
How to check the status of an ocean shipment and what each milestone means.
Use the shipment order number or the package HBL. The tracking page accepts either one: enter either identifier and see the full route with the date, location and description of each milestone.
The order number identifies the entire shipment. The HBL identifies a specific package within that shipment. If the shipment has several packages, each one appears with its own number in the result.
No. Tracking on this website covers ocean parcel shipments only. For a flight, hotel, car, purchase or procedure, message us on WhatsApp at +1 (239) 258-7677 and we will confirm in writing.
Fifteen statuses grouped into six stages: receipt, consolidation, transit, customs, destination and delivery. These are the ocean parcel route stages, and they are the ones our team at the destination records.

Blog
We explain the process, the conditions, and the mistakes you can avoid. No prices, no promises, and no filler.

The mode isn't decided by habit but by three variables: real urgency, shipment volume, and destination. Here is how they are weighed.

The identifier attached to your ocean shipment isn't a label: it's the complete record of the movement, with a date, location, and description at every milestone.

Most issues at destination don't come from transport but from a content description that doesn't match what arrives.
